Bill Hulterstrom, President and CEO
Bill Hulterstrom has been with United Way of Utah County for the past 25 years; he currently serves as president and CEO. Bill builds and expands relations with local and national organizations to advance the common good by working to create long-lasting change in Utah County.
Bill serves as a consultant for other nonprofits nationwide. He recently returned from training nongovernment organizations in Ghana, Africa. He also teaches a graduate course in nonprofit marketing at BYU.
Bill has an honorary doctoral degree of public service from Utah Valley University. He received a Bachelor of Arts in business management with a marketing emphasis from Brigham Young University. He and his wife Tammy have two children and make their home in Provo, Utah.
