Partners

Welcome Baby networks with many other agencies, parents, and community members in Utah County in an effort to impact the lives of children zero to eight years old.  This collaboration is called Partners for Infants and Children (PIC).  PIC focuses on two areas: 1) improving access for parents to quality early-childhood services, and 2) giving parents greater information in addressing the social and emotional development in infants and children.  To learn more about PIC and the other agencies that are make up this collaborative effort, go to www.picuc.org.
