Advocate

Get a group of friends or like-minded acquaintances together and hold a presentation about Women in Philanthropy. A script, printed materials, and coaching are provided. We can also provide a presenter if you prefer to just host.

• Serve on a community committee

  Investigates community needs and provides long-term strategic planning for meeting those needs by evaluating United Way’s partnerships and funding allocations

  Statewide, multi-issue child advocacy organization that works to improve the lives of children and families by advocating for effective public policies and programs

  Collaborates with government and non-profit partners to improve access for parents to quality early childhood service and information to address the social and emotional wellness in developing infants and children

  Part of the Utah Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and is comprised of community partners who have a stake in the outcome of services provided to children and families

  Statewide council focused on eradicating child abuse by coordinating among service providers and changing systems
