Should I Volunteer?

The Crisis Line is a listening agency and referral service for people with problems of almost any nature. It's not designed to solve problems, but to provide a listening ear. Volunteers have the opportunity to provide that listening ear. Would you like to be someone's lifeline? You should volunteer!

As a Crisis Line volunteer you will gain important life skills such as listening, understanding and diffusing tense situations. The skills you gain will be useful in current and future interactions with family, friends, co-workers, and roommates.
